Statement and testing scope

This page helps when a MovieResort feature or format is difficult to use. The publication is published by Merito Media LLC at https://www.movieresort.com. The statement covers Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese editions; publisher details are in the legal notice.

The latest limited technical review took place on 21 October 2026. Interactive Spanish samples included the homepage, desktop and mobile navigation, genres, search and results, an article, a film record, contact, newsletters, notifications and institutional pages. The newsletter invitation was checked in a new local session. This statement’s structure and links are checked in all six languages.

Not every item, image, language, browser or feature state has been evaluated. Private administration, real email delivery and complete external services fall outside this sample. Not evaluated does not mean exempt from obligations.

Technical reference and status

WCAG 2.2 level AA is a technical reference and improvement goal, not an achieved conformance claim. This review combines browser keyboard and visual checks, document inspection, contrast calculations for specific controls and isolated automated tests.

This is not a complete conformance evaluation. We claim no certification, external audit, verified screen-reader compatibility or testing with disabled people. Passing an automated test alone does not establish an accessible experience.

Verified measures and how to use them

• Use “Skip to content” at the start of keyboard navigation to focus the main content without traversing every header link.
• In checked menus, Tab moves through controls and links, Enter opens the dropdown and Escape closes it and restores focus to its button. Mobile navigation has a named button with an expanded state.
• Checked controls show a focus indicator. Coral search buttons and the dark-mode mobile menu have had their contrast corrected; not every site colour combination and state has been inventoried.
• Pages identify their language. This statement has one main heading, subheadings and a linked index. Reading reflows at the narrow widths checked.
• Reviewed contact and subscription fields have labels and explicit consent. Errors, confirmation and unsubscribe states are checked in isolated tests without real email delivery. ALTCHA protection remains; we do not claim it is universally accessible.
• A film record can show an identified generic graphic when no authorised poster is available. Image credits remain separate from navigation links. Alternative text being present does not establish its editorial quality.

Known difficulties and alternatives

These issues remain identified. No resolution dates have been agreed and they are not described as fixed.

Content, multimedia and external services

The sample contains text, credited images, records and tables. Trailers load on request and do not replace record text. We have not checked every video’s captions, transcripts or audio description, and do not describe automatic captions as reviewed.

The Google map on contact loads when the page opens. The same address appears as text with an external map link. Third-party players and maps do not automatically exclude responsibility.

Linked downloadable documents, advertisements, sponsorship content and every viewing-availability destination have not been individually evaluated. No cookie-preferences panel or own audio player appeared in the sample. Unchecked components are not described as accessible.

For a different information format, provide its URL and the alternative that would help. We do not guarantee immediate conversion to any format.

Testing environment and limits

• Codex’s integrated desktop browser on Windows. The exact browser version was not recorded; this is not a compatibility matrix.
• Desktop views and windows 390 and 320 CSS pixels wide. These are responsive checks, not touch tests on physical phones.
• Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Escape interaction; inspection of structure, labels, control relationships, names and states; visual reading in light and dark themes.
• PHP form and subscription-state tests using isolated data and an in-memory mail transport, JavaScript tests and sampled contrast calculations. No campaigns are sent to evaluate this page.
• Screen readers, braille displays, voice control, actual 200% and 400% browser zoom and complete manual testing in all six languages have not been evaluated. These areas await evaluation and are not approved.

How to report a difficulty

Use the contact form; this page’s link prefills an accessibility subject. If possible, include the URL, your intended action, what happened, device or browser and any relevant assistive technology. You may request a useful response format.

You do not need to prove a disability, disclose a diagnosis or health data, or attach screenshots. Avoid unnecessary personal information. No email, phone or specialist department is published as an alternative channel.

Handling requests

The form records the communication for authorised MovieResort staff and generates the corresponding internal notice. Receipt or sending notices do not mean the barrier is resolved. Anti-abuse protection may reject a request before recording it.

The supplied information helps review the content or feature and assess an alternative. No specific internal response deadline has been agreed that we can promise. Applicable statutory deadlines and rights remain, and individual assistance does not replace fixing barriers.

Preparation, changes and rights

This statement was prepared and updated on 21 October 2026 through limited internal technical review, not an external audit. This release corrects skip-link focus, spoiler-control relationships, search-result image links and specific contrasts. Only the stated checks are described as verified.

Outstanding image, assistive-technology, zoom and external-service evaluations are not an approved dated plan. We promise no annual audit or unestablished periodic review.
