Terms of use
Rules for responsible access, permitted reuse, contributions and service changes.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing MovieResort you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public reading does not require an account. Minors should use the service with appropriate guidance and must not submit personal information without a valid basis.
Permitted use
You may read, quote short extracts with attribution and link to public pages for lawful personal, educational, journalistic or critical purposes, subject to copyright and database law.
Open licences displayed on a specific asset may grant broader permissions; their wording and attribution requirements prevail only for that asset.
Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing access, rate, security, anti-abuse or administrative controls.
- Introducing malware, probing without authorisation, impersonation, harassment or unlawful submissions.
- Reproducing substantial database parts, systematically harvesting records or republishing the service as a substitute.
- Removing attribution, rights, source, territory, verification or modification notices.
Automated access and APIs
Search-engine indexing that respects robots.txt, normal rate limits and cached snippets is allowed. Other bots, agents, exports and bulk interfaces need prior written permission and must follow their specific licence and technical limits.
Sources, external services and recommendations
Source links, local titles, availability and release information depend on time and territory. Verify consequential decisions with the official provider.
Editorial ratings and connected-film suggestions are opinions or explainable non-personalised relationships, not professional or purchasing advice.
Submissions and notices
You must have the right to submit material through the contact or correction channels. You grant only the permission needed to investigate, respond and preserve a defensible record.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive data unnecessarily. False, abusive or deceptive notices may be rejected, while valid authority orders are handled under applicable law.
Suspension, changes and liability
We may limit abusive access, correct errors, retire functions or remove unlawful or insecure content. Material term changes are dated and published.
Mandatory consumer and liability rights remain intact. Otherwise the service is provided with reasonable care but without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation, permanent availability or error-free third-party data.
Law and disputes
Estonian and EU law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory rules or competent courts in their residence. Contact us first so the facts and requested remedy can be documented.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the fullest lawful extent.
