Image licensing and reuse
How to identify an image published by MovieResort and request information about licensing or reuse.
Rights belong to each image
MovieResort does not automatically grant rights to third-party images. Each asset retains its own source, creator, rights holder, licence and conditions of use.
The licence linked beside an image is the applicable reference. This page explains how to request clarification or locate the licensor.
How to make a request
Provide the page URL, the specific image, intended use, territory, medium and duration. We will check the asset record and direct you to the rights holder or licensor when MovieResort cannot authorise the use.
Do not reuse an image while the authorisation or applicable terms remain unclear.
Open licences and public domain
For Creative Commons, CC0 or public-domain images, always follow the licence link and comply with attribution, indication of changes and any other applicable terms.
An enquiry to MovieResort does not replace permission from the rights holder or expand the original licence.
