MovieResort material

Original texts, visual identity, software, taxonomies, selection and arrangement belong to Linkses OÜ or its licensors. Protection may arise from copyright, database rights, trade marks and unfair-competition law.

A public page is not an implied licence to copy the whole article, design, dataset or catalogue. Short quotation, lawful linking and statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Facts, sources and open data

Facts such as dates or credits are not claimed as exclusive merely because they appear here. Their selection, verification, expression and database arrangement may nevertheless be protected.

Wikidata and other open sources retain their own licences, provenance and attribution terms. A source identifier does not transfer third-party media rights.

Images, trailers and trademarks

Each published asset should retain source, author, rights holder, licence, attribution, verification and consultation date where known. Generic placeholders are used when permission or subject identity is not sufficiently supported.

Posters, portraits, stills, logos and trailers belong to their respective holders. Identification or editorial reference does not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership by MovieResort.

Corrections and rights claims

A rights holder may use the removal procedure, identifying the URL and work, evidence of authority, the asserted right and requested remedy. We can restrict access while a well-founded claim is assessed.

Good-faith mistakes are corrected with appropriate attribution, replacement or removal. Fraudulent notices and the personal data they contain may be retained as needed for security and defence.

For syndication, datasets, high-volume API access or image reuse, request a written licence at info@linkses.com. No permission is granted by silence.
