Commercial transparency
How advertising, affiliate links, invitations, access, sponsorship and conflicts of interest are disclosed.
Editorial independence
Editorial selection, verification and ratings are not sold. A producer, distributor, platform, festival or advertiser cannot purchase a favourable review, hidden placement or removal of legitimate criticism.
Commercial teams and relationships must not silently change factual or critical conclusions. Material conflicts are disclosed close to the affected content.
Advertising and sponsorship
Paid placements, branded content and sponsorships, if introduced, will be labelled clearly before or at the start of the content and identify the commercial party. They will be visually distinguishable from editorial work.
No undisclosed advertorial is accepted. A campaign does not grant advance approval of independent editorial coverage.
Affiliate links and transactions
If a link can generate commission, it will be labelled near the link or module. Price and availability remain the provider’s responsibility, and ranking will not be represented as editorial if payment affects it.
MovieResort currently does not sell tickets or subscriptions and is not party to contracts concluded on linked services.
Screeners, travel, gifts and access
Free screeners, press access, invitations, travel or hospitality capable of influencing perception will be disclosed. Acceptance never guarantees coverage or tone.
Material gifts are refused or handled under an internal rule designed to preserve independence; access restrictions may be described when relevant to the review.
Companies, data and corrections
Company profiles describe documented roles and relationships, not endorsements. Verified companies may propose corrections but cannot rewrite records or suppress sourced relationships merely because they are unfavourable.
Ownership, partnership, funding or other relevant links involving Linkses OÜ or an author are disclosed where a reasonable reader would consider them material.
Reporting concerns
Report an omitted disclosure through the contact form with the URL and supporting information. We investigate, correct the label when appropriate and record material corrections.
Questions about a proposed collaboration should be marked “Commercial transparency” and do not bypass editorial or rights review.
